Soda Fountain Installation

We are knowledgeable in installing and maintaining equipment manufactured by Lancer. A soda fountain is a device that dispenses carbonated soft drinks. They can be found in restaurants, concession stands and other locations such as convenience stores. The device combines flavored syrup or syrup concentrate and carbon dioxide with chilled and purified water to make soft drinks. Most soda fountains today are refereed to as post-mix machines. Post-mix machines use syrup that is pumped from a container called a bag-in-box. We are certified to install all coca cola freestyle machines and regular coca cola fountain machines.

Bar-gun Installation

We install the very best bar-guns for soda to be used at bars or restaurants of any kind. A soda gun or bar gun is a device used by bars to serve various types of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks. A soda gun has the ability to serve any beverage that is some combination of syrup, water and carbon dioxide.

Soda guns have buttons corresponding to the drink that will be served. Each button is generally labelled with one letter; the meanings of these letters are almost universal. There are two kinds of bar-guns; Post-mix and Pre-mix. Post-mix combines concentrated syrup from a bag-in-box and mixes it with filtered tap water, either carbonated or non-carbonated, at the point of expense. Pre-mix soda guns are connected to a simpler system that closely resembles a draft beer system.

CO2 Safety Systems

We are certified to install CO2 safety sytems to monitor CO2 levels using Lancer equipment. The MK9 sensor is an instrument that continuously monitors CO2 temperature and gas concentration. This is done by using infrared analysis. The MK10 CO2 monitor is used for the area where CO2 equipment is used or distributed. It can be as as a stand-alone unit or linked to a central unit for the digital display of values. Both the MK9 and MK10 CO2 monitors perform self-calibration at regular intervals, eliminating the need for service calibration.
